Staff were all lovely, rooms exceeded our expectations. Using uber with the designated pickup point right outside the hotel gave us easy access to all the attractions. Pool and hot tub were excellent and the games room was a lovely touch and gave us something nice to do in our down time. Good breakfast and affordable, animals on site were a fun bonus! Saw an unexpectedly good number of wildlife from the hotel itself.

The location is beautiful, absolutely gorgeous garden with lots of local animals and stunning views of the volcano. The staff was always available to help and quickly resolved any issues we had.

This hotel is the best kept secret in Arenal - La Fortuna.
It is divine. I spent all day enjoying the lush green nature in my veranda while looking at the volcano from my room. It is a hidden gem. I planned to stay 1 night and extended 3 nights
Pillow covers could have been ironed in the first room.

This was super quaint and the gardens were beautiful. My kids loved our front porch and hammock, the pool and ping pong tables, and pool. We all loved the breakfast and close proximity to all our destinations. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful booking excursions and shuttles for us.
