People at the front desk were really nice and helpful and they had a delicious breakfast every morning. The room was okay, felt a bit dirty as there was mold all over the bathroom ceiling and mildew on the lamp shade. The bed was comfortable to sleep but would only recommend to book if you just want a central hotel to sleep and not lounge.

The hotel was okay overall. Food was amazing in the morning. Parking was very inconvenient as you have to take a remote to open a gate then walk back over to the hotel to turn it back in. We had to pay extra as the descriptions for the rooms were incorrect.

The location is really good, close to everything. Our room was facing the main road and the noise level is very high until late at night and starts again around 5 am the next morning. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and is prepared to your liking.

The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful in booking excursions and supporting our needs as travellers. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our only struggle was the shower didn't drain that effectively, so our bathroom would be wet and slippery after someone showed. The location is great and very accessible by your tour buses. All the pickups we're right out front.

Amazing staffs. Super friendly and very welcoming. Most helpful in planning in our whole trips. “Jossemar” is a concierge extraordinaire. He planned all our transportations and tour to, from and while in la Fortuna. This hotel is very proactive on helping you to have the best experience possible with the least planning on your part. They did everything. And all experienced they booked for us are exceeding our expectations. Jossemar even help us on our other leg of the trip. The location is very central to supermarket. Stores even post office. The room is small but clean and cleaning crews are great! The small pool is perfect to chill and read a book. The server at the restaurants are great. Especially “Jaymar” he made sure that we get our breakfast before our 7:30an tour. Overall we are very pleased here. Would definitely come back again

Location was extremely convenient to everything. This nice and cute hotel provided transportation from the airport or any excursions. However, you must call and coordinate with the front desk or ask for Marlon. He was beyond attentive, helpful, informative, friendly, and definitely made my trip positively memorable. Their food was quite delicious, and especially their complimentary breakfast, was my favorite. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful! Friendly service, convenient location, clean, nice rooms, good breakfast, excellent restaurant, and Erick was extremely helpful with organizing our transport and excursions. Would definitely stay there again, and can happily recommend it to others. Thank-you! P.S. the only things that were missing were maybe a chair in the room and some hooks for hanging up wet clothes.

Enjoyed hot breakfast and amazing fruit. Coffee was piping hot. Wifi strong and reliable. Air conditiioned room simple but clean with outside seating. Close to Chocolate Fusion. Yum. Only con. No coffee machine in room.

We had a really nice welcome by the reception staff and they were helpful throughout our trip booking things and giving us advice. The hotel is opposite the main square and really good location. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice to cool down in but not much space to sit around it. The only negative was that the bed was quite small and not very comfortable. Overall I thought it was good value for money.

This hotel is great! The location can’t be beat, and the rooms are fun! Each one has its own balcony. The breakfast is top notch, it’s downstairs in the steakhouse restaurant. The bakery is also literally right get next door, and the park and church are on the other side of the street. The front desk girls are great, and go above and beyond.

Was a great location stuff is outstanding the only drawback is the pool closed at 6 PM and to swim in the pool you’re basically swimming in the middle of a restaurant.

Great place to stay in downtown La Fortuna. It is in the heart of it all and their restaurant is great! The staff was super helpful throughout the entire stay and were able to set up our shuttle back to the airport and our excursion. The ONLY downside was that our tv was broken and the room isn't the most aesthetically pleasing... but we had a balcony, great AC (we looked forward to it every day), good bathroom, yummy daily complimentary breakfast, and everything else was really top notch. Best place to stay on a budget with the most perfect location, great service, and good quality food.

Girls at the front desk were super helpful, and always kind. They scheduled my shuttle to the San Jose airport, and my Covid test, for me. Hotel is a perfect location. Nice breakfast included.
