Nestled in Niagara-on-the-Lake, this lovely cottage for $221 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Renovated, charming self-contained guest cottage in Old Town Niagara on the lake. The address is 428 Simcoe Street. License number 027-2022. The cottage is surrounded by lovely gardens and is scented with its many roses. There is a secluded garden in the back, with patio furniture and barbecue. Our cottage contains one bedroom with a queen-size en-suite and access to a patio garden. The bathroom is equipped also with a washer and dryer. A full-size kitchen with all stainless steel appliances includes a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and much more. The living area has a fireplace, comfortable sofa-bed, two love seats, cable TV/DVD, W5 internet connection, air-conditioned, and cathedral ceilings throughout. The property is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and theaters. It is 0.7 kilometers from the town center. The cottage is smoke-free and children are welcomed. Our one-bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 4 people, 2 adults, and 2 children. One bedroom with queen size bed and armoire, ensuite bathroom, and access to the garden. The living room can accommodate the two other guests on a comfortable pull-out sofa-bed. A fireplace is in the living room. Prices will show on Home Away and VRBO as USD $ but will be converted to CAD $. To view prices in CAD $ please refer to HomeAway.ca. Our cancellation policy is: -50% deposit is required upon reservation. The final payment is due before or upon arrival at the cottage. -14 days' notice of cancellation is necessary in order to return your deposit. We spent two nights in this cosy cottage. I enjoyed the ~15 minute walk to downtown NOTL and met someone giving free walking tours of the area. This was unexpected and very interesting. Saturday morning at 10am. Dinner at Trius winery was lovely. We spent many hours at the Niagara Power Station having a guided tour in the afternoon and returning for the creative show “Currents”. Very pleasant weekend away!

My girlfriend and I greatly enjoyed our two-night stay at the Bramble Rose Cottage which was very clean, cozy, and unique. A great location just a few blocks from NOTL's main commercial area and in a quiet residential settings also close to quite a few wineries. I would definitely recommend this property to any couple visiting the area. Thanks for letting us stay at your property.

Wonderful cottage for 2. Great place for a romantic getaway. Close to everything. Great restaurants and a very walkable neighborhood. We had a nice barbecue dinner on the back patio. If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay here.

My wife and I have stayed at this property a couple times while visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake. This cozy cottage is perfect in both size and location for a couple that wants to explore the area.
Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. There are also a couple bicycle rental places within walking distance, if you like to "bike and taste" at all the nearby wineries.
We've already stayed here a couple times and will be sure to see if this place is available again on our next trip to the area.

We were in Niagara on the Lake for a family wedding. We were told a year ago to book a place to stay as the best places go quickly. We booked a year in advance and are we ever glad we did. We were hoping for a quiet place to relax after the running around for the wedding and we found the perfect place. Relaxing to the Nth degree. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely be back again.

Most of the electricity went out one night but I messaged the manager through the VRBO app at 5:30 in the morning and he called me right away and talked me through finding the circuit breaker box and we were back in business.

We spend a long weekend here and had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and maintained really well and you can walk to queen street easily. We saw a beautiful deer roaming around the neighbourhood. Overall it was a nice stay.

However, we found the bed and each of the three "sofas/chairs" in living area to be extremely uncomfortable. Unit was well stocked with dishes, stemware etc. but we had to clean cobwebs out of the light frame above kitchen island upon our arrival. Additionally, the back patio area is a little overgrown and in desperate need of a power washing. Also the air-conditioning was a noisy wall unit in LR that did little to cool off the BR area. Would not stay here again.

The cottage was super clean and has everything you need. When we booked we were still uncertain about eating in restaurants and thought this would be great for the takeout options. We didn't do that but still made good use of the kitchen for breakfasts, coffee, snacks - but we could have cooked as well. Lovely gardens and setting. A healthy walk to Queen St but doable.
We'd do it again.
