Prices are subject to change daily. -2 Bedrooms – 1 Queen bed and 2 full beds -2 Bathrooms – Soaker tub and walk-in shower ensuite and walk-in shower -Hosts up to 4 guests (including infants and children) -Private parking for up to 2 vehicles, EV charger -Contactless check in -Electric fireplace, central heating, and air conditioning -High speed WiFi and TV with access to streaming services There is a queen bedroom and ensuite with walk-in shower and a separate soaker tub. The second bedroom has 2 double beds. There is an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower. All on one floor, the foyer opens to an open concept living, kitchen, dining area where friends and family can gather, sit, and relax. The kitchen is well equipped to serve up your morning coffee and favourite recipes: -Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started -Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher -Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses) -Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths -Salt and pepper Walk one block to the local bakery and pick up a croissant or other treats to make your day extra special. Laundry is available on site: -Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets provided Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided. Enjoy an evening glass of local wine on the private back deck complete with propane fire bowl. The back deck is equipped with a gas BBQ/grill. The front deck has a lovely seating area to watch people and cars pass by and enjoy the sunshine. Long weekend with the family & this property was perfect!! House is nicely decorated - not too fancy just right with a comfy feel. The location was everything you could ask for!! Walked to dinner, before & after drinks, coffee/pastries and local convenience store. Neighborhood was quiet & safe - our boys (11/15) walked to meet us for dinner in the downtown. Spent a day doing wine tour & shopping local downtown. Spent the next day doing the Falls - easy drive. For what you’d spend at a decent hotel per night - this is soo much better!!!

Our family of 4 had a great stay at La Petite Maison for two nights. The home was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms were surprisingly large, and beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed the back deck fireplace in the evening, and our kids found the basket of games that kept them busy for hours. Great walking distance location to the main street.

Close to old town, beaches and wineries. Home was well appointed with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Loved sitting around the propane fire in the evenings. Host was very easy to communicate with and was friendly. We would stay there again if we return to Niagara on the Lake.

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. We biked all around town and to the vineyards and enjoyed the quaint atmosphere of the house and the town. Already looking forward to a return trip!

Location was perfect. We enjoyed the quick 10 min walk into town. A short 30 min drive to see the Falls and attractions. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The BBQ grill was out of propane but we were able to switch it out with the fire pit propane tank with no issues. Would stay again.

I can't say enough about this property. Great location and so cute and modern inside. Most comfortable bed that we slept in each morning and it's such a quiet neighbourhood. We walked to the main downtown area of NOTL and rented bikes right around the corner at Zoom. So easy! Smart TVs to watch Netflix was nice at night. Really nice rental unit for the weekend - will absolutely rent this place again at our next visit to NOTL.

Loved this little house! It was perfect for our stay and even had an EV charger for our Tesla. Well appointed, clean, loved the covered deck with a fire pit. Will definitely return next time we're in NOTL.

The house was exactly as advertised - truly a petite maison - very clean with a nice open concept. We enjoyed our stay - it's an easy 10 min walk to Queen Street in NOTL - and an easy 30 min drive to the falls.

We were looking for a relaxing getaway in Niagra-on-the-Lake. La Petite Maison was perfect for two couples. The accommodations were charming and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outside seating with the fire pit. The property was in a great location for walking into old town for dining, shopping, and exploring. Highly recommend!
