Prices are subject to change daily. -3 Bedrooms – 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 2 twin beds -3 Bathrooms – Walk-in shower ensuite, walk-in shower and tub shower combination -Hosts up to 6 guests (including infants and children) -Private parking for up to 4 vehicles, contactless check in -Gas fireplace, central heating, and air conditioning -High speed WiFi and TV with access to streaming services The house boasts new hardwood floors, a new fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops: -Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started -Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher -Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses) -Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths -Salt and pepper Spread the joy with your loved ones by cooking together or lounging in the common area by the fire while watching TV on those rainy days, or quiet evenings. The living space provides plenty of comfortable seating. The primary bedroom enjoys a King size bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second full bath on the main floor with a tub/shower. Downstairs is a recreation room as well as a lower-level bathroom with a shower. The lower-level laundry is supplied with: -Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided. Outside, sit on the large back deck while dinner cooks on the gas BBQ/grill or lounge in the sunshine of the back garden. Sasson House is just steps from the many offerings that Canada's most picturesque town has to offer. Take a short stroll to the many world-class restaurants, Shaw Festival Theatres, and quaint boutiques that line downtown Queen Street. Visit the Niagara wineries, breweries and distilleries scattered throughout the area. Niagara Falls is just a short drive away along the scenic Niagara River Parkway. Such a great house. Nice deck to visit on. Plenty of parking. Brief walk to downtown Niagara-on-The-Lake. Clean home, comfy beds and furniture, and a great value. Kitchen supplies ample. I highly recommend this rental.

All went smoothly, communications from booking to arrival were thorough and timely. The house was exactly as shown and it was very convenient to walk everywhere (except the wineries). Great neighborhood, very charming, we were comfortable and relaxed. We highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit the area.

Would suggest you install towel bars in the baths , a trash can in the kitchen, fix the bottom back platform tred, its loose and a definite trip hazard, also, perhaps a safe for valuables

The property is in a great location to be able to walk into town. Just two blocks from the main street. The property is spacious, clean and very comfortable. We loved sitting outside on the deck overlooking the large yard. We would not hesitate to stay again when visiting

We really enjoyed the house, the location is great..lots to see and do.. the kitchen is getting a little worn but very well equipped. I had stayed at this location almost 5 or 4 years ago when the 4th bedroom was available downstairs. Very clean hostess is very easy to communicate with. We will return to this location.

So far of all of my VRBO and other rentals I have done, this house is by far the absolute best. We actually had to try and look for any faults. Clearly the owners still takes ownership of this house as if they lived there. I wish we were allowed to give more than 5 stars. Perfect location, and absolute pristine condition. Recommend this location to everyone.

The property is beautiful and the location is excellent. It is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again. The only negatives were that the floors were pretty dirty. If you walked around the house barefoot, your feet would be black. Also, the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms needed to be changed as it had mold on it.

The location of this home was perfect! So close to the Main Street with all the quaint shops. Enjoyed the privacy of the deck in the backyard and even enjoyed the BBQ. House was also very spacious and comfortable.

The twin beds were very uncomfortable. Not really fit for an adult. Also the lock was very difficult to use to get into the house. But it was a really great place to stay.

We had a great Easter weekend with family. The property is very spacious with great proximity for walking around downtown Niagara-On-The-Lake. We would definitely stay there again for future family gatherings.

Overall good. Place needs work. The front screen (joke) almost hit us - Fix it ! Fix also the bathroom broken floor tile and CLEAN the shower sliding door tracks ! Back deck wall light needs fixing. I could go on, but won’t ie. front stone steps.

overall very good: the down...twin beds too small for tall adults; windows need to be “finessed” to avoid the handles breaking on opening/closing...perhaps the ability to view basic TV channels such as news/sports? The good: pretty much everything else! Clean, spacious, airy, reasonably well-equipped and an excellent location...recommended and would stay here again.

I really don't want to provide a positive review and risk everyone else flocking to NOTL. It is one of our favourite locations to chill out and relax. The property was super clean and the location was perfect; close enough to Queen Street yet a couple of blocks off the beaten track to enjoy the quiet.

Amid the challenging times of Covid-19, our family had a wonderful week here. The home was beautiful and clean and in a fantastic location. The only negative was the comfort of the beds and that is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.
