The room (more like a little suite) was spacious and well-furnished: bed, couch, table, chairs.
The bed was comfortable and large.
There was a door opening directly onto the little patch of grass in the front, which leads to the street, so you can come and go without crossing the restaurant.
Heating worked well, once you figured out how to make it work: the command is an old thermostat on the wall, even though there is a more modern AC over the door (no controller is provided for it).
The village is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by mountains.
Although the owner was friendly, check-in did not contain most useful information you'd expect: breakfast time, wifi password, how to make heating work, etc.
The room is listed as soundproof on Booking, but it is not. You can hear people talk in the restaurant while lying in bed.
Although the restaurant is open all day, breakfast time was very early: 7-8:30am.
It's not possible to pay in card, only in cash (though it is specified in Booking prior to arrival).
What really shocked me was the kitchen. The fridge was unplugged, and the plug was unreachable, so it was not possible to plug it in. The handle was broken and the fridge itself was unclean. The sink was equally unclean (see pictures).
There was no pots, no pans, no cutlery, no mug in the closets, only a single plate on a rack (see pictures). I'm not sure how any traveller is supposed to eat anything in that kitchen, let alone cook.
