The owner, Federica, is a wonderful, charming person and very helpful. The property is clean and fully equipped (like being at home). It's not a modern 'hotel,' so it has its own unique charm. It's a great location for exploring the city, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the sea and restaurants. Several beaches are within walking distance. Two shops are nearby, and a large Eurospin supermarket is a bit further away. The apartment is a short walk from the train station.
A very enjoyable stay, I recommend it!
Two comments:
1. Our apartment was on the first floor; there were a lot of stairs, so people with disabilities might have a problem.
2. Our return flight was very early in the morning – trains weren't running at that time, so a taxi was necessary.

Excellent location.

10-15 min easy walk from station.
What an absolutely lovely placd this was to stay. Truly feels like you get to live in Monopoli temporarily. Really fun apartment set up. Spacious. We were with two, room for three. Separate spaces as the kitchen is separate to the bedroom which meant I didn’t have to wake my partner when I woke up.
Can shut all the shutters so the room keeps cool in the day time. Small yet spacious feeling bathroom. We absolutely loved staying here.
Only one thing- The only draw back was the mattress and the sheets. Felt like the mattress was very old and so sunken in/soft it made it a bit uncomfortable with two people. Due to the matress topper on it the sheets kept coming of during the night. I would have preferred a fitted sheet as they stay on better for a multi-night stay.
