Able to accommodate our request for ground floor accessible room, clean, comfortable beds, nice decor, hairdryer and iron.

Location

General cleanliness was poor. Communication was sub standard. Greeting was below average. I believed the 8.2 rating and was very disappointed after changing my I Nouri al choice of accommodation, which was cheaper. Very uncomfortable bed.
