When I chose this hotel I had no expectations, merely looking at the price and the bed size. From the minute we were greeted and checked in, to the moment we left, our stay was perfect. Check in was a breeze, and one could manage the self service terminals alone, but the staff were happy to help. It is important to note, you have to check out using your key card, so be sure to not lose it. The room ticks all the boxes for an airport hotel, with an extremely comfortable bed and great pillows. The black out blinds do their job, and the room was silent. Everything is operated from an iPad or well indicated wall switches. Amenities are provided so you have minimal unpacking to do. Space is limited so I suggest checking your luggage in if possible before you go to the hotel. We took our own drinks and snacks to the lounge area which was not an issue. And we ate dinner at the restaurant. There is no kettle in the room, but staff are on duty to make you a hot drink even if you have not booked breakfast. Water is provided free of charge. I loved the quirkiness of the hotel and will stay at a CitizenM again

The rooms while small were well designed. The iPad used to control blinds, lights, temperature, alarms etc was terrific. Bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Great shower and lovely thick absorbent towels. The staff were friendly. Couldn’t hear noise from adjoining rooms.
No cups or kettle in the room. Bottled water in the room fridge should be supplied in lieu of no cups.
The breakfast buffet was underwhelming. Bacon was overcooked and had essentially run out. Crepes were cold, fruit empty. Disappointing for the money paid.

Good overall
The water in the shower kinda leaks on the toilet side while showering, the separation needs to be thicker. but not as a big issue for people who pay attention and try not to make a mess.
