The facilities are enough for a simple and short stay. Booked for my staffs as the resort's parking area is big enough for 1 medium size lorry, a 4x4 and a van. Non smoking room, but there were picnic tables and swimming pool behind the resort (with sea view), for my staffs to enjoy their free time. They also went fishing at the beach nearby (need to drive over there by van), and have had a good time.

1. Location. We booked the place coz it's near to our event. The place have a high potential to be developed as it's easy to locate, very near to the main road but not at the main roadside (away from traffic noises)
Basic facilities provided at common area eg. hot/cold water dispenser, iron n iron board.
2. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They attend to your request promptly
3. All Ground floor units with direct access from parking on-site
1. The room is not clean well. Dusty at the window pane, floor, behind the door. Very2 worn out towel which is no longer white (with Hospital stamp on it) and already colored/stained bedsheets. But glad that the toilet is super clean with good water pressure.
2. The total room price charged by booking.com is way above the rack rates. The tax was not included earlier and was not mentioned as exclusive. My brother gets the same booking from Agoda with 60% off the price I paid and much lower than rack rates. Not their fault tho. So if U wish to stay here, just walk in or book via other platform.
3. Reasonably long time to check-in as they need to key in all the details in the system manually. We stayed for just 4 hours (just to freshen up) so may not worth the hassle and the price that we needed to pay.
