Generally good. Staff were very courteous , and approachable. The facilities were good, clean and comfortable .

Very comfortable bed and room, great shower, nice facilities and very friendly helpful staff.
Check that the door closes properly after you - we nearly walked away with the door half open as it snagged on something instead of closing

I liked the bathtub and the water heater, and the room was fairly comfortable.
The room price did not fully reflect the value of the room we booked. The photos shown on the website were slightly different from the actual room, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the food experience could be improved. The choices were quite limited, and the vegetarian food we requested did not meet our expectations in terms of taste, as it was mostly sweet and salty. We hope the management will consider these points for future improvement, as it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
