Location ideal in city centre and close to bus/train station. Easy self check in. Hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed. Kitchen facilities worked well and had mostly everything we required. Room and bathroom were spacious.
Location on a busy street that you can clearly hear everything below and had noisy construction while we were there. Due to having no a/c, we needed the windows open but it made it very noisy. There were quite a few broken things in the flat e.g. broken fans, kitchen tap easily fell off, broken drawer. Everything worked when needed but a few things that clearly could be updated.

Läget var super. Det var ett fint rum med en trevlig dusch. Det var no-contact med personal och det gillar vi för vi är introverter. Men det var lätt och skriva till dom ifall man ville ha hjälp.
Ingen AC men fläkten funkade bra ändå.

Caffè e macchina per caffè disponibili per la prima colazione.
Posizione buona, ma "Vista" e "Vista città" sono indicazioni scorrette: le finestre si affacciano su una strada carina, non molto larga; a meno di sporgersi molto in fuori, si vede solo l'edificio di fronte.
(1) i due ventilatori a piantana variamente danneggiati: uno molto rumoroso e fastidioso, l'altro silenzioso ma senza la griglia di protezione davanti alle pale e quindi potenzialmente pericoloso (e SPORCO); ENTRAMBI con piantana danneggiata, e quindi da incastrare per farli stare in piedi; a Bolzano d'estate fa caldo e i ventilatori sono essenziali!
(2) selettore doccia rotto, quindi impossibile selezionare doccia orizzontale / padellone fisso / a telefono; per fortuna [sic!], era bloccato sulla doccia a telefono;
(3) lo scarico della doccia era parzialmente intasato e allagava il locale del bagno; alcune ore dopo la mia segnalazione, è arrivata una persona che mi ha portato una bottiglia di disgorgante, lasciando a me il compito di disotturare lo scarico (cosa che ho fatto con successo).
