We very much enjoyed our stay in this modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean flat. It is very well located for the city center, the cable car, and the train station for visiting other places of interest, of which there are many! It is also very quiet and the beds are comfortable and we slept well. Communication with the Julian was excellent before, during, and after our stay. Many thanks! Highly recommend.

Clean, good location for night life, close enough to train and bus station
Expensive for studio, but I understand that Bolzano is expensive

The room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. It is in the centre of Bolzano with plenty of restaurants and bars around so can be slightly noisy at night but not too disruptive, and also a short walk to the bus/train station which was very convenient for us as people exploring the dolomites via public transport. Highly recommend breakfast at Bozen which is just outside, the food there is delicious!
The only suggested improvement is to the key lock on the main entrance gate. It is really stiff and needs redoing as we’d spend a lot of time fiddling with the key to get in. We even had to enter via the restaurant at times because we couldn’t get the gate to open, but that’s the only improvement!

Ottima la posizione della struttura, in centro e con le principali attrazioni e servizi a portata di mano. Punto di forza è la vicinanza con la stazione. La camera nel complesso bella ma nulla di eccezionale.
La camera matrimoniale con il bagno privato presentava il minimo indispensabile (da intendere negativamente). Mancava un mobiletto e/o una sedia per poggiare le proprie cose.
L’armadio utilizzato per piatti, posate e bicchieri, nonostante non ci fosse una cucina arredata.
La macchinetta del caffè e bollitore presenti ma per lavare le tazzine bisognava andare in bagno (se la cucina non è presente questi accessori sono inutili, forse era da pensare dei bicchieri in cartone almeno).
Il grande assente un mini frigo per poter mettere dentro delle bottigliette d’acqua dato il caldo.
Il materasso è risultato scomodo. Il tappeto del bagno non pulitissimo.
Attenzione alle maniglie e al pomello della porta che sono precarie.
