The location and the gardens were fantastic. It was lovely and quiet but close enough to places around to be able to do something. Also only an hour away from Edinburgh.
It was smaller than it looks on the photos, the kitchen is a little cramped and it could probably do with an airfryer or something like that as there was only the one small oven with a single shelf.

Beautiful setting with free access to fabulous grounds.
Considering it was for 5 people cooking on site some further implements would have been beneficial.

Beautiful location & because the estate was closed for the winter we had the extensive grounds & gardens to ourselves. it was beautifully clean & comfortable & very warm.
Kitchen area is a bit cramped but it was manageable.

Spacious and lovely location
Directions not good took an hour to find it going round in circles. Couldn’t get hold of owner after several attempts and leaving messages.Lack of mirrors to get ready and most bulbs broke so no lighting. Cutlery and drawer dirty. Oven trays filthy and frying pans so couldn’t cook anything
