Excellent staff! The Casa was close to where we needed to go in Puno. Room was comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.

The e friendly staff, clean, good location. The owner was exceptionally helpful as our train was delayed 8 hours, and still made sure we felt welcome at 2am. She also offered for us to leave our luggage for free whilst we stayed on the lake for one night. Outstanding!

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We were especially grateful that they allowed us to check in at 6:00am after our overnight bus journey from Cusco, which made a huge difference. They also provided a late check-out before our flight, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate, with eggs, bread and other simple options available each morning.
The room was very small and felt quite cramped. The shower lacked power and the water was not particularly hot. The hotel was also extremely cold during our stay. Although the staff kindly provided a heater when requested, the room still struggled to stay warm. Overall, the facilities were quite basic and could benefit from some improvements.
