Everything was as advertised. Room was clean and comfortable, location was convenient (walking distance to shops etc) and staff were friendly.
Only negative was the noise from the highway and the train line. This is why it was cheaper than other hotels!

King size bed, comfortable armchairs and coffee table. Good shower with great water pressure. Friendly staff.
The location is terrible. There are trucks racing past all night and the freight train. The noise is constant. So if you sleep like the dead or are deaf, this is a great place to stay. The bottom sheet on the bed was also too small and bunched up making it quite uncomfortable. If the rooms had double or triple glazing this would cut down the noise. The door also needs a weather strip around it to stop the wind. Next time I think I’ll stay in Parkes.

Descent motel if needing a last minute accommodation.
Location isn’t great, loud near the highway and train line. Motel is run down, although the bathroom had a refurbish.
