The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The location is very central to shops. Value for money. Would definitely recommend staying here. I would definitely re-book if needed accommodation in Forbes.

Great location right in town next to lake and facilities. Easy to walk to main street if you wanted to.
Beds appeared new and comfortable
The heating really didnt cope well enough with winter chill and the tv and fans clearly had not been dusted recently but the overall room was tidy and beds were comfortable

Poor maintenance (toilet seat broken) and balcony table filthy with smokes and ash from previous stay
