Sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet! Wunderschöne große Terrasse! Bad bietet großzügig Platz. Lage optimal da ruhig aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alles sehr schnell erreichbar. Genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Möbel (vor allem die Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse) etwas in die Jahre gekommen und Renovierungsbedürftig

Guter Kundenservice, man konnte immer jemanden erreichen, falls man Hilfe braucht. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Grosse Wohnung mit eigener Küche. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.

Äussere Faktoren wie Abwassergeruch in der Küche, man hört alles von draussen (es macht fast keinen Unterschied, die Fenster zu schliessen), die Müllabfuhr welche mitten in der Nacht den Abfall mitnimmt.

Appartement war sauber, recht großzügig, Metro und Supermarkt in der Nähe, kontaktloser Check-in hat gut geklappt, schnelle Rückmeldung bei Nachfragen

Spülmaschine ließ sich nicht komplett öffnen, da Wandvorsprung im Weg war, zusammengestückelte Möbel, Appartement insgesamt sehr abgenutzt, bedarf einer Sanierung
