Location is very close to a metro station and main tram route - IP Pavlova
Room was big, well equipped, clean.
Easy check in/out and key pick up.
Not near the big stag do crowds.

The location is very convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed. The atmosphere was comfortable. All necessary information was provided, and we encountered no issues. The service was truly excellent. We loved everything about the room (and I am a rather particular person). Special thanks to the reception staff; Daniil answered our questions with great professionalism and tact. I am especially grateful to Daniil for the birthday surprise—it was unexpected and, of course, a lovely touch.

Location excellent for being just on edge of old town area in effect and brilliantly located only 50m or so for metro (train), tram and buses. Room was good size. Bathroom also decent size. Kitchen bench a useful size too. Power points bedsides as well as other parts around the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. Air con worked wonderfully and was quiet. Fridge had a small freezer compartment that worked well for ice and veggies etc. Table and chairs for eating. Washing machine and detergent was supplied in bathroom and a towel heater which all made keeping clothes washed and dried a breeze. Mini markets for food, take away like McDonalds, Burger King and KFC, etc, all within 100m. And cafes. And pharmacy etc. Communications with owners good and for check in etc. Comfy beds. Large wardrobe, and hangars. Lots of space for bags and gear.
Minor things to consider which would raise our rating to a 10/10: few more cooking utensils and microwave containers and a toaster in the kitchen. TV could be bigger for size of bedroom to watch it more easily. Room does have blinds but they still let in a fair amount of light so if you like a dark room you need a face mask. Internet was a little haphazard; sometimes okay, sometimes slow but it did work. Whilst we suggest these improvements (extra utensils, containers), blockout blinds, bigger TV - this would not stop us from staying here again as all other items were very positive. If we are back in Prague we would still choose to stay here.

Great location, walking distance from tourist city centre, metro, and major tram hub. Has elevator. Is very clean and provides all required basics - kitchen with a stove and all utensils, fridge, slippers, towels, hair dryer, iron, AC/heating, washer, safe.
Hair dryer and spare toilet paper were hard to find - they were in the bathroom in a small drawer above the washing machine next to the sink.
Main issue: water pressure was non-existent. We were on the 5th floor in the attic studio, and the shower was so weak it was impossible to properly wash yourself. It also felt like water was running out - it went from a very weak partial flow to a dribble within 3 minutes. So bad that it was barely possible to rinse out shampoo.
Also, very uncomfortable hard bed. I was mostly okay because I'm heavy, but my husband ended up using the small collapsible bed that was there, it was at least somewhat soft.
