The period property. As an ardent admirer of historical buildings, I was in seventh heaven. The suite is large and the location was central to everything.

This is a grand old dame of a Victorian home . Huge period furnished bedroom and ensuite bathroom . Access to the balcony from our white room . There is a relaxing lounge for guest to access downstairs. It’s located on the hill behind / overlooking the main shopping street , good choice of cafes and restaurants .Parking easy on property or the court st front . Well located to explore Mt Gambier .
We were aware there was no breakfast . But there is a pod coffee machine and bar ridge .
No breakfast may not suit everyone. But fabulous coffee shop ( also other choices) just down the hill . - a 100 m walk .
No issue for us, we enjoyed our croissant and coffee on the Main Street watching Mt Gambier start its day.
