Thanks to Ali who took such good care of us and was so helpful. He booked airport transfers, allowed us to store our luggage and wait in the lounge for the afternoon. He even brought us coffee and biscuits while we waited which was such a kind gesture. True Turkish hospitality in action. The breakfasts were great and the rooftop terrace was the best for watching the balloons in the morning we even had one balloon come down close to the terrace which was amazing. The location is right in the middle of town yet is so quiet. There's nothing we can fault from our stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when assisting us with booking our airport transfers, which made our trip much easier. On the day of our return flight, we had to leave very early in the morning, before breakfast was served. The gentleman at the reception (whose name we unfortunately can't remember) kindly prepared a breakfast box for us to take on the journey. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel genuinely cared for.
The hotel was very clean, well organized, and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. The location is another highlight—it's very central, within walking distance of many restaurants, and we even walked to the Göreme Open Air Museum. Overall, it was a great base for exploring Cappadocia.

Totally recommend this place and would stay here again if we are back in Cappadochia. Rooms are modern and clean, and they are cleaned daily by staff. The room comes with a kettle and fridge, and coffee which is replaced each day. The accomodation has two terraces, an open roof where you can watch the balloons in the morning, and a covered one where you eat breakfast. Breakfast was prepared each day and is buffet style and hard a wide range of food from bread, vegetables, fruit, eggs, yoghurt, cereals and sweet treats. The lovely man also offers to cook your eggs however you like them. Perfect location in the heart of Cappadochia which incredibly friendly staff. Couldn't recommend this place more

The staff was amazing ! We never saw such nice and caring people ! They explained us everything to see in the region and organized us some excursions. They were very arranging for the check-in and check-out. The Turkish breakfast was very good with a beautiful view, the room is big enough and the location is perfect to visit the region. This hotel is very cheap for its quality and I recommend it 100%.
