This was a last minute booking and we were so glad that Finca Caselles de Baix was available. The property changed our whole holiday as the outside area was truly relaxing and tranquil with beautiful surroundings & views. Usually we are out hiking for the whole day but we found ourselves just relaxing in the sun by the pool in the morning and then just popping out to visit some nearby towns/villages/beaches before returning to the Finca for the late afternoon/evening sun and BBQ! The property and outside area were very clean and well maintained and everything worked. Netflix/Amazon Prime available to log onto the TV, stand alone gas heater just to take the chill off rather than having to make a fire every night (April evenings in the Finca are still chilly). The king-size bed was very comfortable along with good bedding. All essentials were available to start you off like a few sachets of salt & pepper and sachet of olive oil/ washing up liquid etc. Lots of spare gas cannisters on site if current one ran out. Wifi worked fine inside and at the seating area but cut out by the pool. Shower had a good pressure and lots of hot water. Communication with Mallorca Charm was via WhatsApp which sent you links for deposit, tourist tax and their website with all check in/check out information. We visit Mallorca every year, usually during January and stay in different properties in different areas but would be happy to return to this one should we decide on a last minute April mini break again. PS pool was very cold still so we didn't really use it but would be a godsend in warmer weather. As previously mentioned in reviews the main road leading to the Finca is a very popular cyclist route. We used Pollenca for our shopping at Lidl or Eroski (next door to each other). A car is essential when staying here.

Booking.com reiterates how not to give any payment details or click on links if you receive messages by WhatsApp or email etc so I was very wary when Mallorca Charm started sending WhatsApp messages to pay deposit and tourist tax via a link. I had a few questions about the property after we booked and sent these via booking.com but the only response I received was about payment of the tourist tax. I also asked questions via WhatsApp but these went unanswered. We did have a problem with the water cutting out one day and trying to get hold of Mallorca Charm proved difficult and worrying (4pm on a Friday afternoon) however, I did eventually get through to someone on the phone who was very helpful and resolved the issue over the phone with us (trip switch).I sent whatsapp messages to both numbers which were given and used the telephone numbers on the information pack. Mallorca Charm did respond to my whatsapp messages after about 25 minutes of first sending and informed us that the owner was on their way. The problem did get resolved but I just did not have faith in the system. It worked for generic information but not efficiently enough on a personal level. I use these holiday accommodation sites all the time and whenever I ask a question it is answered. Personal communication could definitely be better. Fab holiday though :)

An der Einfahrt von der Straße wäre ein Spiegel gut, da man die zahlreichen Fahrräder beim Rausfahren nicht sieht.

Das charmante Steinhaus hatte einen wunderschönen Aussenbereich mit großen Pool und Blick in die Berge. Es gab viele Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen [ Schaukelstuhl, Sonnenliegen,Tisch unter Palmen). Das Haus lag etwas abseits, dafür war es aber sehr ruhig und erholsam.

WLAN hat nur in unmittelbarer Nähe des Router funktioniert.
