Very comfortable and well organised and was formerly a hostel and is a business moving into other business involving schools. When they do not have school contracts on they still let the rooms which are exceedingly competitive and offer very relaxed and comfortable rooms.staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Shared bathroom with showers but that goes with the price value.

I really enjoyed my stay. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and in a great location. Everything was pleasant and I had a lovely time in Newquay.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. I would have preferred a better continental breakfast with a wider variety of options and brighter lights or additional lights for reading.
