The room was spacious and had a fridge and a kettle with tea/coffee. The owner also let us check in early! Can walk to town easily but in a quieter area which was good for sleeping.

Building was tidy and clean, contacted staff and they were very helpful. We had a very good stay, and will probably book it again for a stay in Newquay

Good location. Self check in was nice and easy. Good size room.
No tea bags, just coffee. Bathroom was a tad dirty. Not the best sound proofing, a lot of noise from the street.
