the view was awesome, but that was the only positive thing unfortunately

The villa was VERY VERY VERY dirty. Everything was sticky and dirty. The floor was sticky and full of nasty things and even pizza remains in the kitchen. We complained at the office and the send a cleaner who made the floor "clean" with cloth softener without vacuuming it. So it became more dirty. We had to clean everything ourselves. We even discovered that there were rats (!!) in the house and antz everywhere (bathroom, bedrooms, closets). When we complained about the rats they send a extermindator two days later so we did not slept for a couple of days. The answer of the owner to all our complains was that they found a sollution for everything and that there was no reason to complain afterward. Sorry but completely disagree: if we were welcomed in a clean house there was no reason to complain. I would definitely not recommend this villa. The view and city are absolutely awesome but the house is not worth it!! The hygien is very bad and all the furniture and equipement is old and dirty and has to me replaced. Also the afterservice from the owner is bad; as a compensation they offered us a discount on a next vacation of 10%. And not realizing how inconvient it was to stay there with vermin in a company with small kids and a pregnant women. But as you understand, I will never book here again and rather would see a compensation as a refund.

We had a business trip for Piedra Cocinar Stone cooking experience. It's hard to imagine a villa to be in a better location!

House badly needs some modernisation.
