Location. Cleanliness.
The restaurant in D1 hotel (breakfast was “included”) is managed by some other business entity, as the hotel receptionist explained later. One of the staff in the restaurant was very rude: when I said “good morning” in Czech, then started asking a question in English, she simply turned around and refused to interact. Very unexpected, very puzzling… It spoiled the morning… Fortunately, checking into the Imperial Hotel in Vienna later that day more than compensated for the unpleasantness of the morning…

Booked two rooms for four of us. A reasonably comfortable and clean room. The hotel is easy to access from the motorway.
The sign on the bar said that the bar was open until 10:30 pm. We arrived to the bar at 10:10 but the man behind the bar said we could not have a drink because they were already closed. This is not the way to treat your guests.
One of the room did not have no shampoo or soao so these had to be borrowed from the other room. Also unacceptable.
