We requested a room with a walk in shower instead of a bath and we were very happy to be given that. The view from the room was lovely, overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was, as usual, very good with a great variety and choice. We were also able to park the car safely away in the car park and make use of the bus service.
On this occasion - too many children screaming and shouting.

Hotel was in a good location right opposite beach wuth bus stop outside if you want to venture further. Room was clean and had everything for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was varied with something for everyone but restaurant was very crowded. The pool area was very good with plenty of sunbeds. All in all good value for price we paid.
The outside area near the bar let down by lack of clearing away dirty cups and glasses. The entertainment was excessively loud.

Not a lot.
We have a Best hotel loyalty card,but now it only gives you 10% off of your drinks. We used to get an upgrade and free parking. But not any more.
We also asked for the safe to be opened so that we could use it. We informed reception 3 times and it took 7 hours for it to be sorted.
Also the towels in the bathroom needed to be replaced. I have thrown better ones in the bin.
As we have been to this hotel before several times. It has definitely gone downhill.
Not a 4 star.
Even the food was awful.
Needless to say we won't be back.
