Beautiful hotel and sanctuary for me due to the Los Gallardos wild fire and being evacuated. The staff were outstanding in particular Vanessa and Jose Mario on the reception team. They really looked after us.

Location was great. Outside terrace was a bonus.
The pool was under going renovation works. So no pool to enjoy. You couldnt use the communal terrace as the construction site was an eyesore. The gym and the spa were also out of use! There was no apology, not even a free breakfast or bottle of wine, let alone money back. A hotel with no pool or spa is half the price. Disgusting for a hotel of this standard to not address this. We heard 3 couples complain and check out early. Luckily our stay was only for a weekend.
