Fabulous hotel and very friendly staff. A particular thumbs up to bar staff Rojin and Mustafa. Absolutely no complaints. Great food and plenty of it.

I had a wonderful experience at the Royal Asarlık Beach. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank y'all.

Pants hotel - avoid it if you can

The room was nicely presented and clean but smelled bad when we arrived of the bathroom drain/ mould.

the bar facilities are abysmal. drinks are atrocious. bad for the stomach. food is awful and staff don’t care. they laugh, look disinterested, not trained to do any of the jobs they’re required to do. the whole place looks worn and old. the panorama restaurant could be fabulous but no decoration and poor lighting at night, dirty plates left everywhere, old furniture around that’s unused. all coffee is machine coffee and crap. sometimes like water, never tastes good.

An Epic Holiday one we will never forget.

The staff are very welcoming and very attentative. They made our experience at the Royal Asarlik Hotel the best. From top level to base. The staff are always there to help even some with little english, you can see them try very hard. Also if you make a little effort to speak in Turkish, it goes a long way.

Going home. It was very emoti9nal and many staff showed that too. I could of stayed there for another week. We made many new friends from all nationalities and cultures which we truly embraced.

There was a very bad smell all around the hotel the furniture was very old the towels and bed sheets was very dirty overall all was a very unpleasant stay never I will recommend it to anyone

Really bad room service but its goos enough of you are on super tight budget

the location was nice

there was no room service at all, you have to go to the bar to grab anything even water. There was no food after 21:30, so if you were hungry at anytime at night they will simply tell you its closed.

Wonderful hotel, great food and very friendly personnel

We loved everything! The room could use a little renovation, but apart from that, the facilities and the diverse and fresh food were absolutely wonderful! The personnel was also very helpful and entertaining (Ozgur at the night entertainment outdoor bar was great, as well as the DJs).

The weather and the sweet girl at the reception

The food was terrible, the service in general was bad, our mini bar was never filled up our 5 night stay and the rooms are not in near of a 5 star hotel standard

I would not stay again because the music outside was extremely loud until late. The location is low quality.

İ liked that there were different pools, the food was plenty and the area to eat has a nice view.

The wifi never worked. The staff who played music by the pool had the music cut off due to weak wifi.

it desperately needs to be renovated, especially bathrooms, they were smelly

Very nice hotel, stuff and food.

The stuff were very kind especially Ruslan at the hotel desk. Rooms are clean, pools are clean and every single inch of the hotel is clean. Food was 10/10 and it was various dishes every single meal and the desserts was very delicious. For entertainment and other activities on the beach near the relax pool there was a guy named Edi he was very helpful and more honest than the other company that was walking in the hotel. I would recommend Edi for you.

Maybe the rooms need a bit of modernisation but no need for that at the moment
