The location was perfect. 15 minutes from the port, 10 min from the city center or square, 10 min from the train station. Front desk staff was very freindly, the room was clean and had a private bathroom. Breakfast starts at 8am so we didn't do breakfast because we were out before that.
Quiet hour was 10ish, the rooms were literally next to each other so when people come in loud it wakes you up. We had a group of guys coming in at 2am, drunk or laughing loud, everyone woke up because another room actually came out and told them to be quiet. No one is there after 6ish so it is what it is.

We stayed at Sorrento Relais last week and honestly, we cannot recommend it highly enough!
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. This is a wonderful family-run business that truly deserves every bit of success and all the business it gets. The staff were absolutely outstanding , friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Nothing was ever a problem.
A special mention must go to Tonia and Karia, who were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Their genuine hospitality made our trip even more memorable.
The rooms were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every single day. I stayed in a single room, while my sister and brother-in-law stayed in a double room, and all of us were extremely impressed with the comfort, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
The breakfast was unbelievable value at just €5 for a buffet! Honestly, where else would you find a buffet breakfast for that price? There was cereal, fresh fruit, breads, sweet treats, tea, coffee, toast, juice, and much more. Trust me, you definitely won't leave hungry!
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore everything Sorrento has to offer, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the accommodation and service.
Sorrento Relais exceeded all our expectations. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return whenever we're back in Sorrento. Thank you to everyone for making our visit so enjoyable!

Good location. AC worked well
Very very dated. My bathroom needed tons of updating. The wallpaper was coming off the wall as well in the bedroom.
