Location - Copenhagen airport and central station connection - 24 hour ticket - large map ticket c£20. Ishoj – “A” train goes to Dyblolsbro bus stop bus stop – 20 mins on train and exit out of hotel floor 1 and then underpassage to other side of platform. A train. The receptionist was helpful with train times and gave out a city map. Bilka supermarket is good value and far cheaper than the 7/11 stores in Copenhagen centre
No aircon. The entrance is discreet and a bit difficult to find and the hotel is on floor 6.

Location is really nice, literally next to the S-Train Station which makes getting around easier.
Communication was good.
Extremely short front desk working hours, and the price is a bit excessive for what you get (or don't get)
The check-in process, although apparently convenient, seems a bit oversimplistic.
