Excellent location between two beautiful beaches. And a snorkeling spot right in front of the hotel. Sa Coma beach is 2 minutes walk.
The food was excellent for a 3 star hotel. There was 2 types of fish meal every day, also pork, chicken and various salads. Sometimes there was paella or burgers or mussels or rabbit. You can't get bored for a week.
The drinks were OK. We liked the special sangria at the bar.
The stuff was polite and helpful.
At arrival the hairdryer wasn't working and they send someone to fix it in half and hour.
The hotel states that there is a parking and no reservation is needed but there are only 8 spots for hotel guests and you have to be lucky to receive one. Anyway the lady at the reception was very kind and informed us when we can book a spot.
The air conditioning wasn't great. It cools a bit, but it can't make the apartment really cool.
There were minor things that needed to be fixed but it was a great value for money considering the high season.

Parking spots inside the hotel are limited (small and with minimum space for maneuvering). Keep in mind the sandy beach is not in front of the hotel (probably around 10minutes walking from there)

Nice hotel, offering wonderful views off the ocean. Set on the beach front in the heart of town. Lovely pool area with access straight to the beach. Very close to a national park for a lovely hike.
Food and drinks at the hotel were very good. Staff 10/10. Very professional and friendly.
Can’t fault the place.
FYI you can catch the A42 bus direct from the airport. Takes approx hour. I would return to this hotel and the area.

The location is good; there are some souvenir shops nearby, and it's also very close to the beach. Although the place is not very new, it was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly.
We booked the all-inclusive option, but to be honest, it’s not worth it as the food is not good at all. Breakfast was just okay, but we definitely didn’t eat there after the first day. We tried it once, but the food had no variety and wasn’t tasty, so we decided to eat out every day instead. Luckily, there are some restaurants nearby where you can eat. The drinks were average, but I suppose acceptable for the price.
It was a bit complicated at first to figure out where to leave the car. They do have parking, but you need a code to access it—which is fine—but the issue is that they only give you the code once they hand over the room keys. So if you’re arriving alone, it’s a bit tricky to know where to leave the car while you go get the code, since you can’t park outside.
