The staff at breakfast was nice and helpful, especially the nice man that was doing the omelette.
Also at the beach bar and the pizzeria, the staff was nice.
The location is fantastic.
The spaces for kids like the pool and the play grounds are very good. You need to pay extra but at least kids have fun and it is not expensive.
Rooms are very basic, small and outdated, no space to arrange clothes, you need to live out of the suitcase.
Room cleaning didn't happen even though we put the sign on the door. On the second day we were told we should book the cleaning...unusual for a 4 stars hotel. Even then we actually had to ask the cleaning team after having passed our room. Also used cups and glasses were left in the room after the cleaning...
Anyway overall we had a good time.
