This is such a stunning resort, our favorite stay over 2 weeks in Puglia. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was perfect and the excellent staff greeted us with a complementary aperitif which was so nice after a long travel day.
We wished we could stay longer!

Very well maintained property, which feels authentic and connected to nature. Facilities are good, with a fair amount of activities offered to keep you busy should you so wish. Staff were excellent, but a special mention must be made of Giovanni. He was exceptional throughout our visit and is a big asset to the resort.
WiFi is a bit erratic and slow.

The staff are a real asset to the hotel. Every member of staff is genuinely warm and attentive. Their local recommendations and willingness to go the extra mile create a welcoming atmosphere that feels personal.
The food is another highlight. Breakfast offers an excellent selection of fresh produce, while dinner offer a range of delicious Italian specialities.
The resort offers lots of activities. We loved the pasta making and the buffet evening. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the gardens well maintained.
The family atmosphere was something very special. We would certainly return. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful stay in Borgo Mulino a vento! We stayed here for 1 week on our honeymoon and couldn’t recommend it more! The staff are so attentive and friendly, the food in the restaurant is beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained. We particularly loved the bar and pool area. The resort offers a variety of activities such as pasta making and oil tasting. We loved the buffet on Friday and enjoyed tasting a variety of different foods. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily. We also loved Lea, the very cute Labrador!
Not a dislike however you would need a car to travel around due to remote location.
