The villa is bright, airy and generously proportioned, with stylish, high-end interior furnishings designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms — one twin and one double — both with ceiling fans. There is also a family bathroom and a separate WC.
The spacious lounge has air conditioning, English HD television, high-speed Fibre WiFi, DVD/Xbox and a selection of games, DVDs and CDs, so there is plenty to keep everyone entertained.
The dining area leads through to a bright conservatory overlooking the beautiful gardens — a lovely spot for a morning coffee, an evening drink or simply relaxing with a good book.

Upstairs you’ll find the villa’s spacious master bedroom, complete with air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and doors leading directly onto a large solarium.

There is also a local bus stop outside the Plaza, providing easy access to the beaches and surrounding area.

La Zenia Beach is around 10 minutes by car and is a beautiful Blue Flag beach with a beach bar and children’s climbing frame — perfect for families.
From La Zenia, you can take a wonderful coastal walk towards Cala Capitán and Cabo Roig, enjoying spectacular Mediterranean views along the way.
Continue around the headland to Cabo Roig’s main beach and marina, where you can admire the boats, feed the fish or stop for a drink or some tapas at one of the cafés and bars overlooking the harbour.

Property exactly as described, in a great location only a short walk from the plaza and amenities. Check-in process was easy and communications with the property manager and the key holder clear and concise. The roof top terrace is a real sun trap and has fantastic views to the sea. A great family trip

No umbrellas for outside areas, tv & wifi no signal most of the time, downstairs shower loose & kept falling down. Everything you need but a little dated for the price.

Villa is on a very quiet estate. First impressions are good but we soon noticed areas that needed improvement. En suite shower is in a poor state. Mattress protector doesn’t fit the bed in master bedroom. All of the items in the box - umbrellas etc were rusty and not usable. Two kitchen doors j hinged.
