Good location
Small rooms but the price reflects that

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms were equipped with good-quality fans. There were plenty of essential supplies available (for example, toilet paper). The view from the living room and kitchen windows was lovely. The location was good, with cafés nearby for breakfast. Staff were very nice.
But, unfortunately, the specific apartment we were given is in desperate need of renovation. It seems that very little, if any, regular maintenance has been done. The walls are damaged, and the carpet in the bedroom is quite unpleasant and badly needs a proper deep clean.
There should be a shelf in the shower area where guests can put their toiletries while showering.
There could also be more power outlets. When lying in bed, we had to choose between using the bedside lamp or charging a phone — it wasn’t possible to do both.
The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable to sleep on.
Some of the lights were broken. The mirror on the wardrobe was damaged, and the doors did not work properly, so we ended up not using the wardrobes at all.

It was comfortable
The sofa appeared to be showing signs of age and could benefit from some maintenance. The shower was quite compact, and the overall cleanliness could have been improved. It seemed to lack a little attention to detail. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel, although the seating area is somewhat limited, and we experienced a bit of a wait for a table.
