Efficient and polite staff at desk. I really liked the checkout time being midday. I liked the natural light and the comfortable chair.
Difficult to find if walking from the station late at night. This contrasts with many of the other hotels near the station. It would have been nice to know the nearest Metro station from the hotel.

Lovely and efficient reception staff. Couldn’t do enough to help.
Rooms served their purpose for overnight stay
Ideally located for train station and city centre
In quite a run down area and didn’t feel safe when roaming around outside of the hotel
Hotel towels seemed old and poor quality
Very dated decor throughout which made it feel quite depressing
