The location is close to art museums and the English garden. The staff were friendly

I was especially impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Because of unexpected private circumstances I needed a lot of help, with computer problems, local directions etc. and I found staff going out of their way to support me.

Good location
Not clean at all. The room smelled like plumbing, the curtains were dirty and full of holes, and there was a used towel still wet in our sink when we first entered.
