I was especially impressed by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. Because of unexpected private circumstances I needed a lot of help, with computer problems, local directions etc. and I found staff going out of their way to support me.
I found everything I asked for.

I really liked this hotel. It is in the city center. Hotel has free coffee, fruits and candies at the lobby. You can also have a free coffee or a drink for every day when you dont ask for a room service, so I had 6 free beers.
My friend, who slept in the same hotel, complained that it was a bit noisy as the walls are very thin, but I did not have any noisy neighbours, so there were no problems at all

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the rooms were very clean and tidy. The best thing though was the location!
The hotel seemed to be in a poor state. The pictures give a very fresh and modern impression of the place whilst in reality it felt dark and in a bad condition. The atmosphere was also not always comfortable, the receptionist seemed to have had his friends over for drinks and cigarettes in the lobby while we were coming back which didn't make a professional impression.
