Location was superb given access to the Berlin metro, and railway station. I had breakfast once during my stay and that was superb as well although I though EUROS 21 for breakfast was a bit expensive.
When I arrived the corridor to my room was full of work material. I assume some works were taking place at that time. Also there was no coffee machine in my room although there was one in the room my friends were staying in, so I was a bit disappointed with that. Additionally, when we first arrived the rooms were a bit stuffy, as if they were not aired properly. I had to leave the windows open for a couple of hours to freshen the room up.

The location was great
The room was not cleaned every day. The room could do with an upgrade and the balcony in particular . The breakfast was pretty ordinary.

Location was good, near restaurants
We were supposed to have mini bars but neither of us did

Big room with lots of space for our luggage which was great travelling living out of a suitcase. The bed was super comfy. The location was good being right around the corner from a bus stop and a grocery store!
When we checked in we had to walk up a huge flight of stairs with our heavy bags, the lady at the counter didn’t let us know until after she showed us our room and watched us lug our bags up the stairs that there was a seperate street entrance directly to the elevator. Keep that in mind before breaking your back haha!
