Clean, comfort, near to transport. The loby bar is very good. The staff is responsible.

This hotel has air conditioning, and the bathroom is clean.
The two beds in the room are more like a single bed in that they cannot be separated from each other. However, each duvet can only cover one of the beds.

Wide rooms with alot of space for luggage, metro is accesible within 2 minutes walk, large mall is in 5 minutes walk, some greats sighseeing also nearby

Stayed as a big family group with young children in a quintuple room for 5 with 2 bunk beds and 1 double bed. Location was good next to metro/train station and Ku'damm area.
The floor under the double and bunk beds appeared to be rarely mopped and was full of thick dust as it was discovered by my children when they were seeking for a toy that rolled under a bed.
There is TV in the room, but they forgot about kettle and cups.
Kettle and cups are modern minimum for hotel rooms even if it is more like a hostel type of property with a pricetag of a normal hotel.
No kettle, no cups inside the room - impossible for kids to drink warm tea in the winter or for parents to make and drink coffee for themselves - you need to get out of the hotel, walk to the closest train station and get cups of boiling water for around €5 each and carry them back to the hotel.
