Komfortabel, gutes Frühstück und tolle Lage

Die sehr gute Lage, kleiner süßer Hof, die Zimmer waren zwar etwas altertümlich eingerichtet aber fand das schön ☺️

Der Schrank im Badezimmer hat etwas gemüffelt und die Matratze etwas weich aber vollkommen pssabel für mich und meckern auf hohem Niveau

Great city

I was very happy with the service I got from couple of the staff, the location was great and I was pleased I got to stay somewhere easy to get around and I was near the zoo and aquarium.

I wasn’t happy with the manager not helping me with the euros I had I had to get change from another hotel also the pillow were uncomfortable and need changing. The manager needs to work at her customer service better her attuide wasn’t friendly

Was OK but under staffed

Location and rooms were very good

Creepy guys in the lobby that were drunk and staff were unable to do anything even after inappropriate comments were made to my partner

The stay ended quickly ;)

A very nice hotel with parking in the very center of Berlin. Although the interior design is a bit from a different era and time seems to have stopped, it is worth taking advantage of the very helpful and nice staff. We had a larger room but nice, comfortable beds, clean towels and sheets, large bathroom. Less comfortable is the lack of air conditioning and in the summer when you came to the room it was quite warm, but you can quickly ventilate and after the problem. Greetings to Agnes and the smiling gentleman from the reception.

I’ll consider this place for next time short stays.

Staff. Location. Room was larger than I thought it would be but bathroom is tiny (anyway good for me). Inside garden with tables and lights is very sweet and comfortable.

No air conditioner although its 33 degree outside. There was a small fan but not enough.

A wonderful hotel with character in central Berlin

The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding.

The room was a little small and I could hear some noise through the wall but it did not significantly affect the quality of my stay.

Superb

We were satisfied with everything. With the location of the hotel and the ongoing event. The availability of public transport was good. The room was clean, a little smaller, but enough for sleeping. The staff was nice, smiling and helpful. Breakfast was rich in the form of a buffet. Parking in the yard for a fee that was not too high. The probability that I will return in a year and use the services of this hotel is high.

adequate for a 1 night stay, but nothing special

10 min walk from U+S Bahn station, big mall and shops are in the near

2 lamps was out of order, cleaning level was quite inappropriate (mostly in bathroom)

Our stay was perfect great location friendly staff, clean facility's would recommend a visit.

Perfect location very central to great shops plus zoo and tour buses All you need for your stay. Breakfast is great plenty to choose from. Our room was a great size comfortable beds nice and bright and airy.

We liked everything about our break away hotel was perfect for us. Staff couldn't do enough for you nothing was a problem. Plus the beer was great 😊

ideal for a long weekend stay.

Location was great for the area I needed to visit. only a few minutes walk from the wittenburger plaza shopping area and the zoo. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the room was comfortable and cleaned daily. if you like a bit of character in your hotels then you’ll like this as many of public areas have features dating back to when the hotel was built. had an in room safe which is always good.

the room was somewhat on the small size even for a single but to be honest I wasn’t in it that much so only a minor gripe. no tea/coffee making facilities.

there is an elevator but you still have to go down half a floor with a stroller a bit uncomfortable only one bathroom in the family room.

Franca the receptionist is super helpful,she shares all information about the place ,how to move around,good restaurants,taxi services. I definitely go again.

The place did the trick for a one-day business trip with a late arrival requiring a late dinner.

Good location, with easy public transport (buses and tram) not far, a park, and plenty of dining options around.

Quite poor noise insulation. I was awakened at 4:00am by what sounded like massive amounts of running water from the other side of the room wall, and then some splashing noises. Couldn't get back to sleep until it ended. I guess someone was taking a bath in the room next door...?

Location is great and it is clean.

The staff was very unpolite and disrespectful. We were with kids, 5y and 3y and they literary shouted when they would behave... well as toddlers. They would not reply back when they were greeted either. It was obviois that non-german speakers were not welcomed!

Modest and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend and stay here again..

Great location, close to Zoo Garden train station, staff was courteous and helpful. I liked the overall atmosphere of this place, it felt relaxed and homey.

Small room but fit for purpose. The high ceilings made it feel more spacious though. I was by myself so I did not find the room size to be an issue.
