fully equipped studio. nothing left to be desired.
nice design of the common areas.
the breakfast is okay, but with your own kitchen you have all options to do it yourself as you wish.
so, this is not a negative point, but a recommendation.

The kitchenette was a very good size. The air conditioning helped a lot with the intense summer heat. The room and especially the bathroom, was spacious. The price was excellent for the type of room.
The kitchenette could be better supplied with cooking utensils. Ugly gouges in the floor were clumsily hidden by useless consoles at the foot of the bed that greatly increase the risk of stubbing a toe when you walk around. The myriad of light switches are illogical and frustrating to use. There is no way to turn off the main lights from the bed.

The lobby entertainment was nice.
the had a tiny kitchenette in the room, which was practical.
location was nice and quiet.
the bed was basically a sleeping sofa, and it had a horrible mattress. pillows were terrible as well.
the room was not very clean when we took over, I found hair on the bed, and the shower gel was entirely empty, but ofcourse we could've asked the reception to fill it.
Om Sunday morning before 8 AM, the whole buildings fire alarm was set off, and all the guests had to run to the street, but then later it was announced as a false trigger. Not necessarily their fault, but an unpleasant experience.
