The rooms were perfectly clean and really quiet, taking into account that the area surrounding the hotel is rather busy. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within a walking distance, staff is very friendly and welcoming and breakfast was amazing, with lots of choices. A positive point also is that it is pet-friendly, dogs being allowed almost everywhere, excepting only the bar and the restaurant. The hotel is being renovated at present so I suppose/expect it to be even nicer after the works are ready.
There was nothing to complain about.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete und sehr geräumige Zimmer, es ist ruhig (Zimmer war nach hinten), Frühstücksbuffet sehr abwechslungsreich und frisch.
Es war nicht ganz fertig gebaut, Türklinken zur Parkgarage waren noch nicht eingesetzt
Abbuchung über Booking hat nicht geklappt und mussten wir nochmal zahlen, beim Auschecken aber gleich die Gutschrift erhalten

When I asked to use a corkscrew at the front desk, they said they don't have one, with no other help.

location is oke. bedrooms are decent size
- room was not cleaned well
- parking is a little rip of. apparently in the parking basement only about 20 spots are theirs (for their 200+) rooms. and the rest is from somebody else. that charges more money. clearly explained to reception where I parked. all good. but at checkout it wasn’t good and had to pay with this other owner at a much higher rate.
- beds aren’t to comfortable
