Lovely hotel situated on the outskirts of town overlooking the Moselle.
No facilities to have water for the room and the vending machine was broken to but soft drinks however charged quite highly for a bottle of Coke / water from the bar . Bar is cash only ? Staff not the friendliest but were polite and assisted where they could.

Situated in quiet suburb of Cochran but only a 20 minute stroll along the riverside to the centre of town. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, well appointed rooms, good choices in the restaurant.
Poor WiFi reception. Seems to be a general problem in the town.

Breakfast very good selection, pity you have a fixed time to dine. Hotel was clean, a lot of rules, would be handy to have information book in room, for hotel and cochem info, Wifi in room was none existent, when we complained we were told to use in reception area.
Nice hotel in general staff very friendly and helpful
Having to book the restaurant in the morning for an evening meal, as the hotel is a good 30 minute walk from Cochem we asked to eat in hotel on arrival, to be told not possible as we did not have a reservation
