Very helpful staff, they accomodate us even if we arrived much earlier than the normal check in. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly and went above to help with extra things for our toddler.

For business especially attending a exhibition and conference in Messe, this is an ideal place and is just across the event buildings. The ambience, cleaniness and staff were very good and courteous. Stay was value for money.
Breakfast choice for vegetarian is very limited which could have been better.

Breakfasts were great
I stayed for 3 nights and only got given one bottle of water in the room. When i asked i was told you get 1 free bottle per stay. So someone staying one night gets 1 bottle and someone stay 3 nights gets 1 bottle. Is it too much to ask for the bottle to be replaced if used every morning? Also we had a whole day and night with no wifi which does not help when travellibg for business. My room card was only made valid for one night and i had to go get that sorted out and we were not given the second card for electricity in the room and had to go down and collect that too after checking in. Little things make a difference
