The staff were exceptional and we ate in the restaurant a few times and thoroughly enjoyed the food and level of service.
My only question would be whether any of the rooms have air conditioning, mine didn’t, but I was still very comfortable.

Perfect location close to the Bruker center and a beautiful big park. Nice sauna accessible free of charge. Breakfast was ok.
Women at the reception during check out was not very friendly and was visibly annoyed when I requested that they add company name on the already created bill. During my 3 night stay, my room wasn't cleaned at all. Parts of the hotel were visibly dirty (carpets, windows). It took 20 mins to get hot water for showering. Felt more like 3 star hotel, rather than 4 star.
