Sauna after a long cold day is super nice.
The receptionist is never there. you have to wait every time when you have any question or request.
the sauna was off and there was no any information about the working hours. so we had to ask at the reception. the answer was “sauna ist zu”…. when we asked when is it gonna be “on”, he said in half an hour. an hour later the sauna still was off, so we had to come down again, wait and ask again. the answer was “in half an hour, i forgot”…
the other day we had another problem we needed the receptionist to help us, the staff from the kitchen said “he is gonna be here at 12pm”… good that our train was at 1pm and we had time to wait for him…

The perfect hotel for a short stay in Bremen. It is located only 3 minutes from the main train station and about 10 minutes walk from Marktplatz and all the sights of Bremen. In the surrounding area there are also numerous restaurants and kiosks, so everything is very convenient. We booked with breakfast included and the selection was diverse and we were very satisfied. We will book a room here again when we return to this charming city.

Free drinks were a nice touch, room was nice and comfortable.
Sadly I was on the first floor adjacent to the main road and even with the windows closed the noise from traffic and people was unbearable really ruined the stay :(
