I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the area. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended! The breakfast was breath taking

Overall quite comfortable, spacious rooms and decent breakfast buffet for a good price relatively for Innsbruck and vicinities
Some furniture in the room is getting older; there were few hairs in the shower when I arrived.
· the check-in procedure in the evening was slightly odd: the middle-aged guy did not even check our documents, did not mention any WiFI and, more importantly, did not mention about the Innsbruck WelcomeCard/Mobility card. I discovered about it only the day of departure, and this would have been useful to know before I bought the 24h tickets for the Autobus. He was friendly, but not so useful.
· Breakfast Buffet is definetely acceptable for the overall price, though the quality is not that high (industrial jams, not-so-fresh bread, diluted Orange Juice..)

This was a lovely hotel in a very cute town. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I especially loved spending time in the pool which was indoors, but connected to a hearted outdoor pool.
The website stated dinner was until 9:00 pm. When we arrived at 8:00 pm the front desk told us it closed at 8:00 pm. Please update the website. Also, I sent 3 messages to the property before our arrival and I heard back from only one of them after we checked out. Despite this communication problem, it was a good stay and I still recommend this hotel.

Good location in Igls.
I arrived at the hotel at around 6:30pm and asked about dinner options, as I was travelling alone. I was told that dinner service started at 7:00pm and that I could review the menu and decide whether I wished to dine at the hotel.
However, when I returned to the restaurant at 7:30pm, I was informed that it was fully booked and there was no space available for me — despite being a hotel guest and having been told earlier that dining would be possible.
As a result, I had to find an alternative restaurant in Igls at short notice. Unfortunately, another nearby hotel was hosting a function and was fully booked, and the local pizzeria was also full, leaving me to wait around an hour for a table.
This was disappointing, particularly as I had specifically checked on arrival and reasonably expected that, as a guest, I would be able to dine at the hotel.
