Accessible price. Quiet location just at the edge of the city, on a slope of a hill with a nice view, yet still well accessible by public city buses. I liked the "welcome card" provided with the stay: It offered free public transport in the city and gave some discounts and recommendations (though an app) for various cultural events and tourist places etc., though I could only use it for the city buses myself for a lack of free time (I traveled for work).
No problem for me, actually. The warm water in the shower seemed to be not really warm in the first two days out of my one week stay, but I visited during exceptionally warm summer days, so I did not really care. I might have missed more power sockets (only one socket in the room itself and one in the bathroom) if I had to share the room with an other person, but as I was alone, the one socket was just enough to charge my devices.

The views are good
Feels like hotel from the 70s everything was older than me. The location is only accesible by one bus line so consider renting a car if you are staying here or else use uber, the staff doesnt speak english so it can be difficult to understand

View was good, but not visible from small rooms, specially without ballcony.
There was lot of noise from the guests sitting outside in the terrace and thats why it was very difficult to sleep.
