Exceeded all expectations we had. Clean, spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and quality linen, modern, cute bathroom with everything you need, very decent breakfast with fresh fruits and super helpful, lovely staff. The price was pleasant and the location extremely convenient for summer travels!

24h check-in (you have to wait some time in the street), very close to the station. Breakfast included, not spectacular, but sufficient for a working trip. Nice staff, they provided the fiscal receipt without trouble when asked. You have to leave the keys at the desk when you go out.
There was no way to adjust the room temperature, which was too warm. The window was at the same level as a dirty rooftop, so leaving it open did not feel clean. A bug probably entered during the few seconds I tried to change the air. Very old furniture and bathroom: I had to fix a leaking pipe in the toilet (clean water, fortunately). Sad to say, but some nights the area outside the hotel and the station felt vaguely dangerous; some drug-dealing activities were probably ongoing.
